- Adapting templates and workflow structures for your own business use.
- Using the software within the permitted user limit of your package.
Prohibited use
- Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing or publishing the software or templates as your own product.
- Sharing access credentials beyond the permitted user limit.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or circumvent any licence or capacity limit.
- Uploading or storing unlawful material, malware, or content that infringes another person's rights.
- Using the software or website to send unsolicited bulk messages or to harass any person.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to this website, its API endpoints, its server or its configuration.
- Automated scraping, load testing or any activity designed to disrupt the availability of the website.
Content responsibility
You are responsible for the invoice, customer and business information you record using the software, including its accuracy, legality and compliance with any advertising or professional standards that apply to your sector.
Reporting misuse
Suspected misuse can be reported to contact@invoiceharbour.co.uk. Reports are reviewed promptly.
Consequences of breach
Breaching this policy may result in a warning, suspension or withdrawal of access without refund, and in serious cases may be reported to the relevant authorities.
