Use an email address you check regularly. All access and setup information is sent there.
Keep the order reference shown on the confirmation page. Quote it in any support email.
Most people are ready to issue their first organised invoice record within an hour.
Record the business name, address and contact details that appear on your invoice records.
Add your regular customers first, with billing contacts and any payment terms you have agreed.
Add the five or six services you invoice most often with their usual amounts.
Choose a simple invoice reference format such as INV-1001 and keep it consistent from the start.
Choose a customer, add items, set a due date and save the record as a draft.
A ten-minute weekly pass over statuses and due dates keeps the whole workspace accurate.
Refresh the page and try again. If the problem continues, note the error code shown on screen (for example IH-1013) and email it to us.
Wait a moment and refresh. If it still fails and money has left your account, email contact@invoiceharbour.co.uk with the date and amount.
Check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us with your order reference so it can be resent.
Contact us with your current package and what you now need. Additional users or capacity may require a separate quotation.
Email us from the address you want to use, quoting the order reference from your confirmation page.
The cart is stored in your own browser. Using private browsing, clearing site data or switching device will empty it. Add the package again from the Pricing page.
